Sintered Metal Mesh Components

CMI Sintered Metal Mesh Components are high-performance filtration elements manufactured by stacking multiple layers of woven wire mesh and bonding them through advanced high-temperature diffusion sintering. This process creates a rigid, porous laminate that offers exceptional mechanical strength and a controlled pore structure, ensuring stable surface filtration even under extreme pressure and vibration.

Designed for demanding industrial environments, these components provide precise filtration from 2 to 200 μm and can withstand temperatures up to 600°C. Available in versatile 3-layer to 7-layer configurations and materials like 316L Stainless Steel, Hastelloy, and Titanium, CMI mesh components are fully backwashable and reusable. Whether in the form of custom discs, tubes, or pleated cartridges, they deliver a long service life and high permeability for critical applications such as polymer melt filtration, catalyst recovery, and hot gas purification.
