CMI High-Performance Porous Metal Sheets (also known as sintered metal plates) are engineered for critical industrial environments where traditional plastic or textile media cannot survive. Utilizing advanced sintering technology, these sheets feature a high mechanical strength and precise pore distribution, ensuring consistent performance in both filtration and gas-liquid contacting.
Available in media grades from 0.3 μm to 100 μm and a variety of alloys—including SS316L, Titanium, Hastelloy, and Inconel—CMI sheets maintain exceptional dimensional stability under high pressure and thermal shock. These plates are fully customizable in thickness (0.1 mm – 3.0 mm) and dimensions to fit your “perfect-fit” requirements. With excellent back-flush and ultrasonic cleaning compatibility, they provide a long-life, reliable solution for catalyst retention, bioreactor sparging, and high-temperature steam filtration across the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
