Spherical Spargers
CMI Spherical Spargers are engineered for applications requiring high-density, multidirectional gas distribution in critical media. Each unit features a high-purity sintered titanium porous sphere precision-welded to a solid threaded connection, allowing for a 360-degree radial bubble release. This unique spherical geometry ensures maximum contact area and a superior Oxygen Utilization Ratio of up to 45.33%, significantly outperforming traditional linear designs.
Designed to excel in harsh conditions, these spargers are ideal for deep-tank aeration, ozone sterilization in pure water systems, and high-viscosity or scaling environments. Available in diameters from 100 mm to 180 mm and materials including Titanium, 316L, and Hastelloy, CMI spherical spargers are highly resistant to corrosion and high pressure. They are fully compatible with back-flushing and ultrasonic cleaning, ensuring a long service life with zero secondary contamination due to their rigid sintered matrix.
