These assemblies consist of precision-welded, arc-shaped sintered porous tubes that deliver a uniform, 360-degree curtain of micro-bubbles. This circular configuration ensures comprehensive aeration coverage across areas up to 12 m², effectively eliminating “dead zones” and maximizing gas-liquid mass transfer efficiency.
Designed for heavy-duty environments, CMI Sparger Rings achieve an oxygen utilization ratio of 30% to 40%. They are available in standard diameters from 1800 mm to 2500 mm, with full customization options for even larger vessels. Manufactured from premium alloys such as 316L Stainless Steel, Pure Titanium, and Hastelloy, these rings maintain structural integrity in high-temperature and highly corrosive processes. The rigid, abrasion-resistant sintered matrix ensures zero media migration, making them ideal for high-purity applications in petrochemical refining, large-scale water sterilization, and pharmaceutical fermentation.
