CMI Sintered Metal Mesh Dust Filter Cartridges are designed for demanding industrial dust collection and high-temperature gas filtration applications where conventional fabric or paper filter elements are not suitable.

Manufactured from multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh through precision lamination and high-temperature vacuum sintering, these cartridges provide a rigid structure with excellent mechanical strength and stable filtration performance at temperatures up to 450°C.

Compared with conventional filter media, sintered metal mesh cartridges offer superior resistance to moisture, oil, static buildup, and aggressive chemical environments while maintaining stable pore structure and consistent air permeability.

With efficient back-pulse cleaning performance and full regenerability through ultrasonic or chemical cleaning, these filters help reduce replacement frequency and overall operating costs. They are widely used in furnace exhaust filtration, powder recovery systems, and continuous flue gas treatment in the steel, cement, chemical, and energy industries.
